Bernardo Saravia is the President of Mayan Tutors his passion for math and tutoring started early in his career as a Middle School student. He has grown a one person start-up into a successful tutoring business. Bernardo has a Master in Pure Mathematics from the City College at the University of NYC, a BS in Math with minor in Electrical Engineering from the City College at the University of NYC, and attended the Bronx High School of Science. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at City University of New York City at Hunter College, and has taught at City College, and La Guardia Community College.
He has supervised Math labs, and is a current Reviewer of Regents Exams.
Bernardo has 10 years of experience as a Graphic Production Artist Consultant in the Educational Publishing Industry and has developed multiple spread sheets and databases to expedite mathematical computations for his clients.
